Donald
Summerville, SC

Don was in Hospice from 4/21/23 until 9/2/23 at the age of 54. Even with much pain and depression knowing he was there to die, Don never lost his humor. He loved and touched the hearts of his nurses and all who walked into his room. The love shown to Don and myself was amazing. Although this was not our plan in life it did make it less stressful knowing he had care 24/7. Thank you to all who supported us and may Don’s memory last forever. Cheers to Rootbeer Floats and Dunkin Donut treats!

Heather
Conway, SC

Before her sickness, our mom, Heather Lewis was a nurse. She had been a nurse in many different fields. She was once an employee at Agape Hospice Care. To watch life take a full circle, and see the team care for her just as she cared for others was evidence of God’s plan. Although mom was only on hospice for a week before her passing, we couldn’t thank the care team enough, we were only 27, 24, & 21. Thank you Agape. We love you mom – Haley, Cole, and Josh

My wonderful wife of 60 years entered hospice at home in April 2023. She passed to Life Eternal on October 10, 2023. She loved her hospice team members and they loved her. We, her family, surrounded our beloved Patricia in love as she breathed her last breath. To all the hospice team members and those whom we often contacted by phone with a question or call for assistance, we offer our heart felt thanks and appreciation. You were there for our Patricia when she needed you.

Myrtle Beach, SC

We only had hospice for a very short time but we absolutely loved the care that we were given. Everyone made us feel very comfortable and they explained everything to us and made me feel so much better as they answered all my questions and made my husband very comfortable. I was able to contact the nurses with questions and concerns I had and was answered immediately. I found that from the moment they were called things were handled quickly and efficiently. I love the way we were taken care of.

My dad, Brent, was transferred to this facility to make his transition to the next life. All the nurses were so kind and made sure he was as comfortable as possible. They were also incredibly accommodating with visitors, as many people were in and out for my dad and I was able to be by his side the whole time, and even overnight. It meant the world to me. They never once got annoyed by me asking them to get his ice cream whenever I asked, and were typically extremely prompt when he was in need. The nurses were honest with us and let us know what to expect each step of the way. They even worked to ensure that I was comfortable during my time there. Thank you for making the hardest week of my life a bit more bearable
