Bonnie and little Dave were unbelievably tender and caring as they cared for Lester. People who work with hospice are a different level of care and human compassion.  All said, “it is an honor to do this work with Lester in his last stage of life.” A life lesson is being played out in front of me: If we dealt with and treated people in our everyday lives as these wonderful souls are treating Lester at the end of his life, we could change the world.

I could never thank the Agape Care Group for all the love and care they showed us during my husband’s sickness. We would call and they were there for us with supplies or just encouragement. But Kay Hembree went above and beyond for us. She sat with me on countless days and nights as I was scared of the inevitable. She was also there when my sweet David took his last breath and went to Heaven. I honestly know now you are all gifts from God above and I am so thankful for you all. Amen
