The care Earl received from Agape Care Team was a blessing. They provided the support that was so desperately needed at his stage of illness. They continually reminded him that he was in control of the direction of his treatment which helped him feel comfortable and eased the stress. The Agape Hospice Healthcare Staff provided excellence quality care that Johnny and his family needed during his time in Hospice Care. The nurses participated in the development of Johnny’s individualized plan of care. The nurses also offered their support and concern to his family members.
